בחלופה 2 (מגורים) ו- 3 (תעסוקה ומגורים) –עד 100 מ' מעל מפלס הכניסה הקובעת.
The building this plan permitted already stands here (101 m, 2016), so the plan is marked as a boundary on the ground rather than as a volume over it.
