תל אביב 2035 היא מפה תלת-ממדית עצמאית של תל אביב-יפו: מחפשים כתובת ורואים את הבניינים
שעומדים שם בגובה הרשום שלהם, על צילומי האוויר של העירייה מ-1997 עד 2026.
במצב "בדרך" אותה קרקע מראה את מה שהותר ותוכנן — נפח מלא למה שיש לו היתר או שבבנייה,
זוהר בקרקע לבקשות ולתוכניות שאין בהן גובה — ברמות ודאות מוצהרות, ממה שהותר ועד מה שתוכנן;
זו אינה תחזית, ואין כאן מועדי סיום צפויים, כי ברישום הציבורי אין כאלה.

Tel Aviv 2035
Tel Aviv 2035 is an independent 3D map of Tel Aviv-Yafo: search an address and see the
buildings that stand there at their recorded heights, on the municipality's own aerial
photographs from 1997 to 2026. Switch to "Coming" and the same ground shows what is
permitted and planned — a solid volume for what is permitted or under construction, a
ground glow for applications and for plans that state no height — at declared levels of
certainty, from permitted to planned; it is not a forecast, and it carries no expected
completion dates, because the public record has none.
An independent site. Not the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and not an official record. The
map itself needs JavaScript and WebGL2.
